烧烤炉制品防霉方案

一、包材控制 Control of packaging materials

工厂选用的材料，在来料前需检查湿度，用iHeir防霉测试仪检测，当湿度大于 12%的情况下必须做干燥处理,否则会有发霉的风险,所有材料保持干净、卫生。

The materials selected by the factory need to check the humiditybefore the incoming materials, with iHeir mildew tester detection, whenthe humidity is greater than 12%, it must be dried, otherwise there willbe the risk of mold, all materials to keep clean and sanitary.

二、生产现场控制 Production site control

车间周转箱内的物料应该保持干净整洁，建议当天不在使用的原物料的周转箱上面用布或者塑料薄膜进行覆盖，遮挡灰尘，生产出来的半成品不要直接放在地面上，用栈板或者物料架进行隔离摆放。特殊材料可寄样到艾浩尔做发霉风险测试，材料在原料仓或加工时容易发霉，则应做防处理。操作方法为直接喷 iHeir-SP 防霉抗菌剂，使其渗透抗菌药剂达到阻止和抑制霉菌生长。

The materials in the turnover box of the workshop should be kept cleanand tidy. It is recommended to cover the turnover box of raw materialsthat are not in use on the day with cloth or plastic film to prevent dust.

The semi-finished products produced should not be placed directlyon the ground, and should be ***lated by pallets or material racks.Special materials can be sent to Ahel for mold risk test. Materials areprone to mold in the raw material warehouse or processing, so they shouldbe treated with mold prevention. The operation method is to spray iHeir-SPanti-mildew antibacterial agent directly, so that it can penetrate theantibacterial agent to prevent and inhibit the growth of mold.

三、木托盘控制 Wooden tray controls

木托盘应保持干净卫生，若有发霉的情况，先使用iHeir-CM 除霉剂清洁菌、霉斑，干燥以后使用喷枪将 iHeir-PT 竹木防霉剂均匀地喷涂到木托盘的各个表面，抑制菌的生长，也避免因木托盘长霉传染烧烤炉制品长霉。（建议所有木托盘和塑料托盘在表面铺一层PE薄膜，阻隔地面湿气）

Wooden pallet should be kept clean and hygienic, if there is any mouldy condition, first use iHeir-CM mould remover to clean the bacteria and mould spots, and then after drying, use the spray gun to spray iHeir-PT Bamboo and Wood Mould Preventive Agent evenly onto all surfaces of the wooden pallet to inhibit the growth of bacteria and avoid the growth of moulds due to mouldy wooden pallet infecting the barbecue grill products with moulds. (It is recommended that all wooden pallets and plastic pallets should be covered with a layer of PE film to block the moisture on the ground).

四、包装控制 Packaging controls

1）包装前，在烤盘上抹植物油时，在植物油里添加1%的iHeir-YQ油漆防霉剂。

Before packing, add 1% iHeir-YQ Paint Mould Preventer to the vegetable oil when greasing the baking tray.

2）内盒(外箱)必须干燥，其含水量不能超过12%，在IQC进料检验抽查，超过12%的含水量拒收，否则，内盒等包装材料应过烤箱烘干。

The inner box (outer box)must be dry, its humidity can not exceed12%, in the IC feed inspection, more than 12% humidity rejected,otherwise, the inner box and other packaging materials should be oven dried.

3）所有烧烤炉配件内盒包装时，在里面放1片iHeir-Power Pak 防霉除臭片并及时进行封箱。

When packing the inner box of all grill accessories, put l pieceof Power Pak strong anti-mold and deodorization tablet inside and sealthe box in time.

4）在烧烤炉包装的PE塑料袋中放iHeir-Power Pak防霉除臭片。Power Pak防霉除臭片是从天然植物中提取的精油，它能够抑制霉菌和细菌的生长，而且可以防止霉菌繁殖，对小苍蝇等害虫也有忌避效果。其防霉机理是常温升华将芥末精油带到产品包装环境中，利用气体的流动平均分布于全部空间，从而杀死青霉、曲霉、球毛霉等霉菌，制造不利于霉菌生长的环境。在保护期内防霉效果非常明显，再配合iHeir-Power Dryer防霉干燥剂一起使用，起到防潮防霉、抗菌的作用（1立方米放12片防霉除臭片，150～200g防霉干燥剂）。

The anti-mildew mechanism isthat the mustard essential oil is sublimated at room temperature to theproduct packaging environment, and the flow of gas is evenly distributedin the whole space, thereby killing penicillium, Aspergillus, mucor bulband other molds, creating an environment that is not conducive to moldgrowth. During the protection period, the anti-mildew effect is veryobvious, and then use with iHeir-Power Dryer anti-mildew desiccant to play the role of moisture-proof, anti-mildew and antibacterial(1 cubic meter put 12 anti-mold deodorant tablets, 150~200g anti-mold desiccant).

五、仓库控制 Warehouse controls

1）材料仓、成品仓库应定期检查，仓库摆放物品不要堆在地面上，放到物料架进行摆放，应该让所有物料保持干净卫生、整洁，不常用的材料装入PP胶带内，不要裸漏在空气中，塑胶袋上面的灰尘定期打扫干净，降低仓储车间的菌落数。

2）成品仓不要直接堆在地板上，应使用栈板隔开，且离墙体＞50CM不要将物料或材料依靠在墙壁上，物料等材料接触墙壁会带来受潮霉变的风险。堆放需至少预留80cm宽的过道，保持空气流通，不要堵塞过道或堆放成品、半成品过密，以免影响空气对流，造成空气回旋，使其部分区域出现潮汐现象。

3）成品仓应每月进行一次杀菌处理，首先保持地面的清洁卫生，成品仓开始头三个月每月一次，三个月后每三个月一次进行杀菌处理，具体操作为:放假***天进行操作，工人下班后，关闭所有门窗，使其紧闭，操作员带上口罩和橡胶手套，用 iHeir-Spray 防霉抗菌剂均匀喷洒到空气当中特别是角落和一些阴暗潮湿的地方，然后密闭 12~24 小时后，安排员工提前 30分钟打开门窗透气，然后进人到仓库里面。拖地时，用iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌剂 5%加到地拖水中拖地一次(注:梅雨季节应每月一次，一万平方米需要100公斤iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌剂)。

The operator will wear a mask and rubbergloves and Spray anti-mold and antibacterial agent evenly into the air,especially in corners and some dark and humid places. And then go insidethe warehouse. When mopping the floor, use iHeir-Spray anti-mildew antibacterial agent 5% to mop the floor in the mop water once (Note: Meiyuseason should be once a month).

4）回南天特别注意：成品、半成品仓库因注意通风，当室外的湿度大于室内湿度，关闭门窗，反之打开门窗，记录湿度、温度变化，如果潮湿季节室内相对湿度>80%，应安装抽湿设备或者加装仓库统一方向的排风扇，以降低产品受潮霉变的风险。

六、运输控制 Transportation Controls

装运前确保货柜或卡车干净、整洁、干燥、无泄露，检查通风孔及密封设施是否完好，是否渗漏变形。必要时使用iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌剂杀菌，避免交又感染。用T-1000集装箱干燥棒，控制集装箱凝露现象.降低发霉的风险。在货柜或卡车后车门使用PE纸或塑料膜防止湿气入侵。

Before shipping, make sure the container or truck is clean, tidy, dry, and free of leaks. Check whether the ventilation holes and sealing facilities are intact and whether they are leaking or deformed.Use iHeir-Spray to sterilise the container if necessary to avoid cross-infection. Use T-1000 Container Dry Bar to control container condensation. Reduce the risk of mould.Use PE paper or plastic wrap on the rear doors of cargo containers or trucks to prevent moisture intrusion.
